Weight Loss - LeAnn Hilgers Motivational Minute™
Do you have just one minute to find out how you can manage your weight and health?
How can you find the motivation to start and exercise program? Exercising can help us manage our weight, improve our health, and increase our energy, vitality and sense of well-being. Taking a few minutes to exercise every day can help improve our performance in every area of our life. Here are 3 tips to help you get motivated to exercise: 1. Do something you enjoy! The more fun you are having the more you are likely to exercise. If you find certain forms of exercise boring, do them in front of the tv, while listening to music or while reading a book (if possible). 2. Keep it social! Exercise with buddies. If you have made a commitment to others, you are more likely to start and stick with it. 3. This is your time! We often look for some personal time and time to take care of ourselves. This is your time! Turn off your phone/pager/work and just enjoy. After you are finished exercising, take stock of how good you are feeling. This will help you remember why, you are exercising and all of the benefits your are reaping!
