For the past year, I have been getting terrible eye strain and brain splitting headaches. I've been to optometrists in both New Zealand as well as Canada. All of them wanted to amp up my prescription. One eye doc even wanted me to have bifocals!!
The other day I went to an eye doctor who is knowledgeable about eye exercises and natural remedies. She actually took the time to do a proper exam. She dilated my pupils to get an accurate reading. Turns out I have nearly 20/20 vision!!
I no longer need glasses!
